      I started as a Client Support Coordinator and was promoted to Team Lead, Client Support in January 2025. This company is a great place to work where employees are valued, and their experience is recognized. Work-life balance is good, and the culture is positive and open. I feel proud to be part of this company.

      Traveling can be a concern, but it is manageable since the work model is hybrid.

      The role is fully remote and offers flexibility. The direct manager is an exceptional leader and mentor who genuinely prioritizes their teams’ best interest.

      Compensation does not align with a Recruitment Partner level role while the work being done is more at a Senior Recruitment Partner level.
