      Great place to work, really talented people, plenty of opportunity to grow, very creative projects. Small agile teams.

      Cons

      High expectations, lots of pressure, must be prepared for long working hours.

      The people at Engage Works really make it what it is. They do a lot to look after their employees in terms of benefits and social activities.
