      Associate level employees and interns possess good talent, flexible work schedules

      Cons

      Indecisive management. Credible goals were never established, priority of projects were never clearly expressed No proper HR policies, employee issues and concerns never addressed. Never received clear feedback on my performance. I was terminated without any prior notice. A good place for interns or budding professionals. Not worth planning a career and life around the organization.

      Pros

      They strive to push the boundaries of sports entertainment and social media content. Being an industry leader is a real, achievable goal for Engage.

      Cons

      Their creative logistics, performance review, and termination processes could all use a bit of refinement. During the term of my employment I never received any professional feedback on my performance, and was terminated with no notice. Be wary of planning any long term life-changes around this employer, as the job could disappear without any hint of its impending change.
