Pros
Like most other reviewers have said, the best part of working here is the people. Colleagues are talented, supportive, and the one thing that makes the day to day somewhat enjoyable. Some of the client work is interesting and can be a good learning opportunity when things go well.
Cons
Unfortunately, the company is very top heavy, with far too many senior staff and far too few skilled, hands-on team members. Despite repeated capacity issues, senior management has been reluctant to hire additional staff, even when teams are clearly struggling. The leadership team seems primarily driven by inmediate profits rather than long-term sustainability or employee wellbeing. Over time, the atmosphere began to feel unstable due to all the redundancies. The general feeling was that of a like a sinking ship at my time of leaving.
