      Pros

      Trainings provided, mentorship available, BCBA’s are helpful and friendly, they work with your schedule and location, they listen to their employees and are responsive to their RBT’s, they are queer/neurodivergent friendly, client led services that are ethical and compassionate - truly the best ABA company I have ever worked for, raises and evaluations are competences based, super low turnover rate because people LOVE working here

      Cons

      Sometimes evaluations will be late (if you keep track of when it’s supposed to be and self-advocate this won’t happen)

      Pros

      Engage ABA was very accommodating of my schedule while in school and was a great part time job for a someone interested getting into the field of ABA. They are committed to your professional development and give good immediate feedback on things to improve.

      Cons

      Sometimes having to shift schedules based on the client's availability, but not a huge deal.
