Pros

Enertiv is a fast-paced, mission-driven company that genuinely cares about innovation and delivering value to clients in the commercial real estate space. I’ve had the opportunity to lead impactful implementations and collaborate across teams to ensure client success. Exposure to ESG, energy management, and smart building technology has been incredibly valuable for my career growth. Leadership is accessible and open to feedback, and there’s a real sense of ownership in the work you do. Wins are celebrated, and hard work is recognized. If you're someone who thrives in a startup environment, wants to build processes, and contribute to long-term client relationships, this is a great place to be.

Cons

Like most early-stage companies, things can move quickly, and priorities can shift rapidly. Thriving in this environment means embracing change and remaining agile in the face of shifting goals. Resources can be limited at times, so self-starters who can think proactively and wear multiple hats will do best here.

Pros

Enertiv is growing rapidly and seems to be the only player amongst our competitive set that customers actually enjoy working with. I’ve seen Enertiv grow from a small business to what feels like a “household” brand in the commercial real estate industry.

Cons

The work is extremely demanding and it seems like operational capacity needs to be expanded to keep up with increasing demand. Management is aware.

Pros

It is fully remote, doordash credit on fridays.

Cons

Sinking ship, leadership that can't read the room at all. Bad benefits/PTO structure. Expected employees to have ridiculous work ethic and just suffer. Pay is atrociously undermarket which leads to burnout that you can't even treat because you can barely take time off.
