Worst company ever - Anonymous employee Enerpac Tool Group Employee Review

Personally witnessed the management laying off staff who achieved their numbers just to save their own jobs without even daring to fight for the staff. Hire and fire with no long term plans in mind. Everyone is working with Low morale and asked to do more to cover for those they fired for no good reasons. Everyone is just hanging on until they can get a job elsewhere. Customers are left in the lurch after sales and support staff are being laid off suddenly. Unhappy customers & unhappy staff. How is this company still able to function? After sales support is almost non existent. Staff faces the unhappy customers and yet are unable fo offer any help. Vicious cycle. High turn over.
