Pros

- As always, meeting some interesting people here and there - Could be an interesting product if you are into hardware especially

Cons

- I joined this company accepting a drop in my previous salary - they promised that they will increase it something that never happened. I ended up paying some of the audio visual project from my own money as they were too slow to act on budgeting these things but very demanding with schedules etc. - At the end of my stay in this company they even cut further my salary as they had financial issues. - They fired me after a 15 min call out of nowhere - They accepted with great joy the use of my personal equipment to help them do their production and never heard a thanks or saw an increase in my salary or anything like that - I had to listen to the so called expert/boss that was above me that was clearly kindergarden level compared to my skills but they never really gave me the authority to lead - Politics, favorism etc the typical - Very disorganised that does not make sense for a company that is no longer a startup - Communication between offices is reaching circus level - Projects start and never end, waste of time - Extremely inefficient - Work is not appreciated

Pros

The only pros this company had was Monday WFH and that brief period of time where we worked remotely 3 days a week because the wifi in their temporary office was running on dial up fumes.

Cons

They told all their customers "we're looking into this for you" and ignored all their problems for months and years. I was forced to lie to my clients about getting problems resolved. They hated me because I wanted the clients to be cared for. If I didn't leave before their layoffs I would have been thrown off the building roof as their first "sacrifice"
