I will share the first-hand experience with you.
There was a guy working with us for 8-9 months, but somehow he couldn't able to deliver what was expected from him. one day HR intervened and decided to let him go. The way HR handled the overall issue was not ideal and miscommunication made it worse. When our CEO Umesh Bhutoria got to know this news and the way things happen with that poor guy, he got furious and felt extremely sorry for the guy. He called him and did his best to clear the things and expressed his sincere apology on behalf of the HR team.
You would rarely see that level of empathy from your CEO who felt sorry for someone else's mistakes and lend helping hand to you.
That's the pure nature of a leader we saw that day.
