Pros
Food is ok. Colleagues are good to each other atleast face to face. Some team leads are good at their roles but not mine though.
Cons
To work in an organisation we think of 5 things mostly i.e, Career growth, Stability, Salary, Respect, Support from Team lead/manager for professional growth. Unfortunately, I missed all of them here. You will too. Purely they have asked Over Time without paying. If you resists, it will affect your Performance Appraisal. Just speaks very very motivational language but sorry to say it won't reach or comming into the actions at ground level. Each employee has to do multiple tasks as per requirement basis beyond your role. Here, they will not consider your personal aspects/reasons even when you requests hr. Your work life balance will be gone here as they will ask more time from you.
