      Great benefits overall, decent amount of small bonuses throughout the year, if you do your job properly and have no spills they leave you alone mostly.

      Cons

      Pay by the load, monthly safety meeting in person, weekly tailgate meeting on the phone.

      Never off even when on PTO, Management doesn’t have your back, employees can gang up on you because they don’t want to work and are lazy.
