      Pros

      Great pay. Really good bonuses and stock comp. Opportunities for promotion from within. Lots of growth and change.

      Cons

      Growth and change resulting in layoffs. While total compensation is great, base pay is low so bonus/stock are always at risk as discretionary pay.

      Bonus, pay, benefits and coworkers

      Cons

      Never off even when on PTO, Management doesn’t have your back, employees can gang up on you because they don’t want to work and are lazy.
