      Really great exposure to all aspects of the industry. Everyone was always willing to help and answer questions. Laid back culture in the field but just professional enough in the office. Thankful for the internship opportunity.

      Lack of Work Life Balance and WFH, lower bonus in comparison to other companies,. Lack of career progressions due to favoritism or promotion of lower qualified individuals who would remain loyal to leaderships interests.
