No leadership whats so ever poor management throughout the company. Unfriendly work environment constantly watch your back environment supposedly and open door policy but this is non-existent very thing falls on deaf airs THE BLAME GAME IS FLUENT in this company. Communications among the many different groups within the company are poor at best. They are constantly putting out fires instead of preventing them. They have removed all their talented people to be replaced with lower costing in-experienced people to make a profit This company is now based on broken promises and deceitfulness promotions are based on who you know not what you know. Management has the I am always right attitude. the employee turnover is phenomenal in this company it is like a revolving door lots of long time personnel leaving the company either because they don't like what is going on within the company or because management don't like you THIS COMPANY IS NO LONGER BASED OFF MERIT IT IS BASED ON WHO LIKES WHO WHAT A SHAME.
