Pros

I really valued my experience working alongside such great leaders, specially my manager at the time. I have never felt more valued in a company than I did my time working at Energy Service Partners.

Cons

If my salary would have been a bit more competitive.

Pros

It has good remote work and good health benefits, good DEI

Cons

Although the company states that it supports internal mobility and advancement, in practice, such opportunities appear to be limited to individuals who are family members. Other employees often remain in the same roles for years without advancement. During 2020, we continued working through challenging circumstances without receiving raises. Many of us worked significant overtime to support the company’s growth, yet these efforts were met with minimal acknowledgment or compensation. When middle management was abruptly dismissed, the company did not promote existing team members into leadership roles. Instead, it appointed individuals with questionable qualifications, many of whom had personal or familial connections to the leadership. Over time, Human Resources was replaced multiple times, and significant funds were allocated to extravagant holiday events, while requests for cost-of-living wage adjustments were repeatedly denied. Eventually, entire departments were outsourced, resulting in the dismissal of long-standing, dedicated employees. These were individuals who had demonstrated commitment through consistent overtime, cross-functional support, and even personal efforts to promote the company’s products to family and friends. Their loyalty and contributions were disregarded in favor of cost-cutting measures.
