Pros
They do take everyone on vacation who has worked there for a full calendar year that starts in January but thats it.
Cons
They have an incredibly toxic company culture wherein the HR lady spreads everyone's personal business to anyone who will listen. The company also does not offer raises at a regular intervals. There are employees who haven't gotten a raise in 3 years. They dont offer the full mileage reimbursement for driving your own vehicle. And they also make people work overtime in exchange for fake company money that can be exchanged for gift cards.
