Wonderful People, Top Products, Great Mission / Vision - Non Production Energy Recovery Employee Review

Seriously great culture of camaraderie, "family feel," people care about each other and are helpful and smart (a few exceptions but overall). Product is supercool -- even if a product path didn't pan out in the past, products are interesting, relevant, useful in the world, brilliantly engineered and manufactured in the USA. Some leadership issues at the top but that is changing for the better.
