4yThank you for your review. The Covid pandemic changed how we work at ENA. The majority of our staff now choose to work from their homes for most of the week, coming in to the office only once or twice. We encourage staff to talk with their line managers about the working hours that suit them (e.g to take in to account child or family care issues).
Staff are encouraged to highlight any training needs during the appraisal process. We have found this to be an effective way to empower our employees to choose the direction of their careers.
I am sorry that perhaps you felt the appraisal system didn't work for you. Feel free to get in touch if you have further feedback, which we will use to help us make positive changes for our team.
