      Active senior management is very involved, interest in growing the company. they treat the employees very well and have many loyal long term employees. The company is very profitable and has a 30 year legacy.

      Cons

      The metering business is shrinking and technology is replacing meter reading. The company is not internet savvy and their IT department is small and very challenged.
