Terrible company - Anonymous employee Energy Management Systems Employee Review

Where to begin? Micromanagement at every level. Speaking of management, they have no clue how to run a business. In the time I worked there, management would concoct hairbrained ideas, and introduce new product offerings without regard to market research or product testing. All of them failed miserably. The pay is terrible, and the place is a revolving door. There is absolutely no budget for R&D, marketing, product development, etc. Management has no clue how to evaluate the talent that they have, and thus do not use their employees effectively. They continue to take holidays out of the benefits package, offer no retirement assistance and do nothing to boost employee morale. Would not recommend!
