I never had a paycheck bounce. The office has a roof over it and central air and heat.

If you like top heavy companies combined with those top people having no clue how to manage the business, this place it for you! Communication is zero. Management has the attitude that you should just be happy to have a job. Very motivating. Very, very old school management style. They have an office manager and others that will pretend that they are listening to you in confidence and then tell everyone behind your back.. Very much a pre-school atmosphere in that respect. There are a few toxic employees that management overlooks and allows to continue on. To summarize, a few of us have a pool as to when they are going to go bankrupt or a fire sale to the lowest bidder.
