The company would benefit from greater diversity and inclusion at all levels. Several highly successful and knowledgeable female professionals were impacted by workforce reductions despite strong performance, deep market expertise, and valuable client relationships. 6. Certain provisions within the employment agreement may be viewed as restrictive by employees. In particular, clauses related to post-employment dispute resolution and litigation rights may warrant careful review before signing. 7. Review the average tenure of employee: 1.8 years.
