Great benefits (though they get closer to industry standards every year)
Many of the people below management are knowledgeable and ready to collaborate to fix problems and gain efficiency (too bad management puts up road blocks)
Cons
There is a difference between being lean and understaffed. You can't keep talent when their job went from one to three people's work.
EDL had amazing leadership programs which were cut as soon as profits were in jeopardy. Kept saying they would be reinstated...lies. Only car about employee development when profits are high.
Australia doesn't understand NA laws and seems to think following their policies somehow means they comply with OSHA and EPA law...not even close.
Rather keep bad people than find a quality person to replace them.
Will do everything in their power to maintain silos so they don't have to address systemic issues... keeping the company from true success.
