Pros
- Exposure to lots of different types of work, great place to branch out in terms of skill set - Hire genuine, smart, talented people - Depending on the account, they can offer great work/life balance and are very accommodating to families (especially expectant mothers) - Leadership is kind and lacking ego - Attract great, iconic brands
Cons
- Account leads are more into client service than management - Agency not equipped with the right resources/processes/personnel to execute much of the work that they propose - Don't expect a raise....ever - Very understaffed, high burnout rate - Great at attracting talent, very weak in developing that talent
