Overall, I had a positive experience working as a Business Development Manager at Energy Assets. The role provided solid opportunities for growth, and the team environment was both collaborative and supportive. A special shout out to V in Marketing & ESG – her guidance and support made a big difference during my time there. She was a fantastic teammate who championed my ideas and helped bring them to life. The only minor challenge I faced was with the CRM system initially not tracking my input correctly. However, this was quickly resolved with support from the IT team.
