Work life balance, 9 to 5:30 working hours, usually overtime is not required, on some days- once in a month you may be required to work late, lot of opportunities are there if you want to grasp them.
Cons
Top management still believes in impulsive decision making and through gut feeling, there is no work culture, HR dept is non-existent, negative energy all around, work responsibilities are not assigned according to the skill set of the individual, PSU kind of setup, slow decision making, only ONE person is the decision maker which makes other capable people in-capable
