managers micro manage and hover over you. they make you write out serial numbers that aren't needed for production. receiving takes a back seat to shipping, always helping them, but you will never receive help. have to clean shipping boxes that will get dirty during shipping. they don't have enough space for there warehouse but they expect you to fit everything neatly anyways.
