Pros
Many of the lower level employees are a pleasure to work with. Food trucks and weekly employee appreciation giveaways. Holiday bonuses and benefits could be a little better to competitors but any extra money is helpful.
Cons
Engineering department heads very nepotistic towards employees in hiring and treatment. Managers in engineering and production side don’t seem to understand how to leave outside issues outside of work. Often times employees receive unwarranted aggressions and comments from managers. Can easily tell if a manager is coming in and having a bad day as they will take out on employees
