      Smaller company, support from all levels of leadership, "whatever it takes" is their moto and they believe in it!

      Cons

      Middle management and supervisors would benefit from communication training with their subordinates. Private ownership may not have long term vision.

      Pros

      Manufacturing company located in Gray, Maine that puts employees and customers first. Great benefits including superior health insurance. Clean well taken care of facility. Senior management makes themselves present and available. Many opportunities available for advancement for those who have a good work ethic.

      I have no Cons. I have been with Enercon for nearly 10 years and love it.
