      Friendly senior management who know what they are doing, top notch technical talent, focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Many long tenured employees.

      Cons

      Benefits are significantly lacking: Expensive insurance, minimal vacation. Office can be kind of stuffy.

      Manufacturing company located in Gray, Maine that puts employees and customers first. Great benefits including superior health insurance. Clean well taken care of facility. Senior management makes themselves present and available. Many opportunities available for advancement for those who have a good work ethic.

      I have no Cons. I have been with Enercon for nearly 10 years and love it.
