Pros

-- Great starting pay (contract) usually 18$ an hour -- Easy to move to full time + benefits and incentives, regular raises -- Last Wednesday of every month is Ice Cream Wednesday -- No weekend hours -- Quarterly bonus depends on each individual meeting targets

Cons

-- Poor management, difficult to speak to, little to no sympathy/empathy, not flexible in any way. -- Training is hit or miss (and micromanaged by the poor management) -- Can be stressful in call center environment (due to irate customers) -- Extremely strict on punctuality -- Most cons would disappear with the dismissal of one particular member of management. -- extremely few advancement opportunities

You can burn yourself out, there's too many things going on. It could seem chaotic.

A lot of job security easy work

Cons

because the jobs overall are so stable, lots of low performers stay on and it dilutes the overall quality of the work. an older crowd that has drank the cool-aid and accepted that the processes and systems here are terrible. lower than average pay. not challenging
