      Pros

      Great 401k Match. Lots of PTO. Nice people.

      Cons

      Old school. In non-HR roles, not a lot of Gen-Z working there. Most people working there are 45+. Lots of dis-ingenious DEI shoved in your face and they only hire women because they're women.

      Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
