Plenty of overtime (but you may not be always paid due to management errors)
Cons
HR department is shockingly bad and bully staff, threaten not to pay staff if they have not clocked. The clocking points consistently fail and you are not aware of it until your informed you receive ‘no pay’ after completing a 12hr shift. The union is constantly fighting to ensure the rights for the employees are legal and just.
