      Pros

      Great position and flexibility. Allows for a great career path. Lots of potential.

      Cons

      Management is stagnant and is blinded by years of their own beliefs. Quick to tell other companies that they grew and need more power but wont act on the statements they use for the benefit of their branch. Operating like a small mom and pop shop with a very limited staff per branch.

      Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
