Pros

The new CEO, Shawn O'Connell(has the sales background), openly expresses his disdain for the engineering departments in C-level meetings. The former CEO, Dave Shaffer was also someone who explicitly stated his intention to fire all engineering employees, good for the sales workers.

Cons

Despite receiving very low scores every year on 'Great Place to Work' surveys, the company's website misleadingly claims success. Its reputation is languishing/struggling greatly in North America. Working at this company offers no real value or professional gain. Furthermore, it has developed a poor reputation in the market.

Pros

The pay is good if you actually get all of your hours. The benefits are very good. There are frequent opportunities for advancement if you are willing to get out of your comfort zone.

Cons

They have leaned out the workforce so much that we all wear multiple hats and are often scrambling to keep up with constantly growing quotas. Plant was recently retooled with a lot of new equipment, but it still breaks down frequently. You might be overworked one day, then sent home with no work the next day. Cameras EVERYWHERE watching your every move. Locker rooms / showers are disgusting. Leads are pretty much useless. Most of them abuse their phone privileges with no consequences.
