The company wants employees to move on and have many opportunities for growth. There is a pretty awesome culture set in place.
Cons
After a while, taking phone calls gets pretty repetitive and boring, especially if you’re taking over 100 calls a day. Customer service department knows a ton of information and is consistently busy.
