excellent office location and company supports hybrid work mode, and colleagues are nice

incompetent management, too little resources available to be invested in the new and core products development, barely no career growth opportunities, and gradually losing advantages to competitors

I have to say that the employees are willing to change and adopt, the product and services that we create is really good. I hope the new CEO will rock the boat and make changes to the DNA.

- The EMT and Mgmt. below EMT is a joke, they are covering for them self and just try to survive. The knowledge around Tech for being a Tech company is very low, you could almost say non existing! Our hierarchy with up to 5 layers before you reach the floor. - HR is not for the employees in this organization, the one leading this organization is a narcissist and cares more about here own profile and playing golf.
