Enel X Way was a fantastic company to work for, offering tremendous scope, integrity, and the freedom to explore and demonstrate your expertise. I gained invaluable knowledge from both the people and the organization, and truly appreciated the collaborative and innovative environment.

Due to uncertainty in the EV business landscape, Enel X Way ultimately shut down its operations. I truly wish the company had been able to sustain and grow, as it had strong potential and a talented team.

Offered great work/life balance and plenty of opportunity for employees to grow and develop.

We were a North American branch of Italy's largest company (Enel Group). The micromanaging from overseas and lack of control was very real and highly unproductive. Poor decisions made in Europe trickled down and when combined with a slowing EV market... ultimately led to our destruction.
