      Pros

      - health insurance - energy bonus - child bonus - we have taxi home-job and job-home - free lunch - free food like sandwich - good pay if you know how to negotiate, if you don't, they will pay very low

      Cons

      promotion and grow in he company is not a option, there is a lot of friend influence to get that jobs. It is very messy, and the person below is made to work a lot and the person above has no idea what he is doing.

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
