      The company is big and offer you a lot of opportunities and give you space to change functions and explore

      Cons

      Your career advancement really depends on your supervisors, on your unit visibility and on the importance of the projects you work in. Since it is a very niche market it is better to have previous experience, otherwise it is difficult to change.

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
