      Enel cares a lot about sustainability.

      Cons

      Because this is an international company, many policies and procedures do not work well in the North American business environment. There is a glass ceiling at Enel, and if you are not Italian, you will not be able to break it.

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
