      Pros

      Remote work Benefits and pay are pretty good

      Cons

      This is specific to the eMobility business. Leadership is very poor (lack of direction, strategy and consideration of employees), it's a toxic environment with a lot of finger pointing between marketing, sales and engineering, very e-mail heavy communication culture.

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
