      Pros

      work life balance is decent, they dont really expect you to stay around the clock, the company offers more vacation than most and there are plenty of holidays and personal days

      Cons

      italian mother company makes too many decisions for the US counterpart. very unlikely to get promoted or move anywhere without transferring to a different department

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
