Pros
Eneco has a great Energy Trading department with lots of experience and knowledge. My supervisor left me a lot of freedom during my thesis internship, as long as I provided an interesting and useful research.
Cons
Too much freedom during a research might be counterproductive. I felt a bit detached from the team, and not really taken into consideration for most of the time.
