I do not believe the company owners are fully aware of the situation within the support department. Not to mention the scheduling. They classify you as an independent contractor, but the contract requires exclusivity. You cannot set your own working hours, and due to poor planning and organization, they can schedule you to work more than six consecutive days if they choose to.
