Pros
The only pro to this place is the paycheck, they pay well but will make you earn every penny and then some when your sanity.
Cons
Terrible/toxic leadership, below average benefits (only 10 vacation days), disorganized management, required work in office for no reason besides mistrust from leadership, archaic “butts in seat” mentality, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone no matter what. If you’re thinking of accepting an offer, I suggest to continue to job search for a different one.
