Not a good experience - Communication Specialist Endyna Employee Review

Some coworkers were rude and unprofessional (literally yelling at each other in meetings and belittling one another in front of the client). Work was chaotic and office was majorly understaffed for the amount of work. Some coworkers were fired without any explanation and were treated very poorly. Work/Life balance was poor. Was hired for one position and was thrown into Project Manager position in addition to my other role. When I asked management about a pay increase for the additional job, I was told I should be thankful for the opportunity to work more.
