Pros

Great pay Work from home

Cons

PTO and flexibility is probably my biggest issue with this company. You have to accrue PTO which I think you start with 5 days your first year then you get up to 9 from 1-5 years. See the kicker is that sick and vacation are together so if you’re sick, say goodbye to your vacation because they do not care AT ALL. Oh and you love hearing PTO, right? Well you have to accrue it but you don’t actually get paid for the time off you’re taking so you are told you can’t take time off except these hours and if you take those hours then they’re unpaid still. If you’re used to 1099 and doing your own thing, this is a really hard transition and I honestly don’t recommend. You feel like you’re constantly being judged and watched. You could be the top rep and you’ll get away with more but still not a lot. Honestly that’s my biggest issue with the company because it causes major burnout and they look at you as indispensable and they’ll tell you that too. Managers are stressed for their own jobs due to all the threats coming from upstairs and every month there is a new rule for agents to follow with higher demands.

Pros

Career-defining experience and compensation is excellent- the pay structure rewards strong performance. Strong benefits. They teach you how to master their sales process and lead sales teams at the highest level. The support and culture is unmatched- the CEO and leadership team are highly involved and transparent about where the company is headed, which is huge in a fast changing industry. Competitive and very rewarding. Built around growth. They provide all the leads and equipment needed to be very successful. If you have a passion for coaching and helping others succeed, there's a clear path into leadership and the support to succeed once you're there. Leadership roles are filled from within, giving high performers an opportunity to grow and advance their careers quickly.

Cons

It's a demanding role that requires consistency and a strong work ethic. You need to show up and perform every shift. That said, if you're driven, enjoy the work and motivated by strong earnings, it becomes a positive because the opportunity is there every single day.
