I have been a part of Endura Roses now for NUMBER of years, and have grown so much within the business while watching the brand itself grow and flourish with me. The constant opportunities, room for development and friendly atmosphere is definitely something that keeps me rooted within my job here. I enjoy the perks that come from working here which gives me plenty of discounts to many different places, and the actual staff discount on Endura products is fantastic! I don’t think of my position within Endura as a “dead-end job” it is more of a lifelong career with people whom I now consider to be a second family to me. I look forward to coming to work each day to face new challenges and be surrounded by such wonderful creative people making things from such magical natural products.
