Pros

Over the past 1 to 2 years, we’ve seen significant improvements in the direction of the company, fueled by strong investments in our people. This renewed focus on our associates has been instrumental in supporting our growth, ensuring they have the resources and development programs needed to thrive, and fostering a workplace where everyone can make a real impact as the company evolves and expands. This focus was long overdue, and it’s encouraging to see it finally being prioritized.

Cons

Innovation sometimes faces resistance, especially when employees are comfortable with existing processes. Overcoming this resistance can take time and require additional effort in change management - this is where we sometimes fall short. Some leaders are more willing to embrace change, while others seem to actively resist it.

Pros

Other warehouse associates are friendly amd can give you a good laugh when you need it.

Cons

Where to start? First the inbound manager has no clue what he is doing. He walks around like he is better than everyone, but doesnt do anything to support his team. He avoids disciplinary actions and makes team leads deal with it. The outbound manager is still new but doesnt understand what is needed to have people succeed or get off overtime. We are short staffed but are told not to work so much overtime. There is a talk of getting rid of pay on performance but that has been going on for over 6 months. No one in HR or management has a clue what to do.
